ORApay was created with a vision and purpose to serve business owners to help capture lost profits from excessive processing fees while relying heavily on technology and its constant evolvement in streaming business operations.

 ORApay was founded by Allan Tomas Ora who spent decades in the global insurance industry and as of late, running a global insurance advisory family office where he and his team advise global and domestic families and business owners on minimizing their income and estate tax liabilities by implementing tax-efficient insurance strategies. It was a client who approached Allan with questions on merchant processing that led he and his team to start ORApay. He was struck by the vast differences in rates, including agents charging extra basis points (fees), the lack of fiduciary advice to business owners, and the lack of support post-sale / integration of new merchant ware. ORApay is advising business owners with sophisticated advice and provides them with access to an ecosystem of processing options, equipment, software, and reporting.

 As a business innovator, Allan found that other clients and business owners had the same issues when it came to merchant processing. To date, ORApay continues to disrupt the merchant processing with compliant, transparent, and fair pricing to all businesses.
